President meets parents of the Angulana victims
President Mahinda Rajapaksa, today, met the parents of the two youth allegedly shot dead by the police in Angulana recently and handed over compensation to the value of Rs. 5 lacks from the Police Department.
Commenting on the issue the President stated that " Stern action will be taken against those responsible for the killing of the two youth while in Angulana Police custody " .
IGP Jayantha Wickramaratna was also present at the occasion.
