China which has a very bad human rights record is increasingly becoming closer to every dictatorial regime with a serious HR violation world record!!

Karadiyanaru explosives were meant for Lashkar-e-Toiba? ( Part- 1 )

2010-09-29

The explosives stored adjacent to Karadiyanaru police station in two containers were about to be transported through Oluvil port to Pakistan for the use of Lashkar e Toiba militant group, Lanka News Web can exclusively reveal.

The LNW also understands that efforts are currently underway to take disciplinary action against junior police officers at the station for the blast, that killed 27 people and injured many, diverting attention on the real culprit, China, as a face saving measure by the Sri Lanka government.

The United States in a recent statement warned that Lashkar-e-Toiba that attacked the Sri Lanka cricket team in Lahore-nearly costing the lives of Thilakaratne Dilshan and others - has creating a base in Sri Lanka. It is also believed that more than 100 Lashkar-e-Toiba members are already in Sri Lanka.

Seriously worried about their secret game plan with China being revealed, Mahinda Rajapaksa's brother Gotabhaya Rajapaksa promptly rejected the US statement.

The disturbing revelation comes as India and China are engaged in a regional power struggle to use post-war Sri Lanka as their own playground having played big roles in the brutal conflict against the Tamil tigers.

As Rajapaksa regime becoming ever closer to the Chinese regime, China is already using Sri Lanka as a hub -similar way the United States use Diego Garcia- against Indian dominance in the region.

Political analysts believe the Rajapaksas’ irresponsible game -selling the country to any rogue who offers the best commission to use as a playground -will have disastrous consequences.

They recall how the former president JR Jayawardene’s foreign policy invited India to drop 'parippu' over northern Sri Lanka forcing him later to sign Indo-Lanka agreement. Analysts fear that India would have no option but to directly intervene in Sri Lankan affairs as a result of Rajapaksa's blind support for China, especially as now it seems Sri Lanka is being used by China to launch attacks against India.

Interestingly, China which has a very bad human rights record is increasingly becoming closer to every dictatorial regime with a serious human rights violation record in the world. It is no secret that China is the biggest sponsor of Zimbabwe and it is the same country, ironically together with India, that keeps Burma's military junta that murdered hundreds of Buddhist monk in power.

Therefore it is no surprise that China is happy with Sri Lanka’s Hitler Rajapaksa and make use of the post-war equation and commission-greedy royal family for the world’s emerging power's as new ally in South Asia.

Rajapaksas will of course sell everything possible for commissions and leave the empty coffers for the unsuspecting poor Sri Lankan public who are blindly supporting the 'war hero'. It will no doubt be too late for the islanders when they realise what is exactly happening in their own backyard.
