The final dying cry from Vanni people of Northern Sri Lanka in their own words requesting food, hospital and no cluster bombs before the bunkers they dug become their own grave!

PLEASE SEND THIS DOCUMENT BY FAX TO YOUR HEAD OF GOVERNMENT AND YOUR AGENCY FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION!

The world powers must intervene under the clause of Right To Protect(R2P) and land humanitarian aid and independent monitors to ensure safety of safe zone.

About 100 civilians and children are killed each day and your action will save thousands of lives. The ground report confirms that civilians do not want to move to government controlled area where paramilitary is deployed to kill those sympathised with Tamil freedom as happened in Jaffna, a government controlled town in which over 4300 young men perished.
