URGENT REQUEST TO SRILANKA - PRESIDENT !

H.E.The President of SriLanka esq,

As the situation became very serious in Vanni/SL for the Tamil civilians/IDPs,we wish to write you this urgent request for your kind and serious consideration to a complete-CF and stop artillery-shelling,MBG-rocket attacks,plane bombing,DPU-attacks towards Tamil civilians/IDPs who have no way to come out of that situation because SLA/SLAF/SLN are attacking from all sides without giving a safe passage for poor Tamil civilians/IDPs!

Tamil diaspora understand your sole motivation on military solution but we wish to
point out that opinion poll shows that 97% of Tamils and 70% of Sinhalese prefer political solution through dialogue and reconcilliation.Their opinion is great/wise!

Almost all Tamils/IC lost the confidence on you in finding political solution, but
some of us still believe that you have the KEY to federal political solution with justice,equality,freedom,safety,humanrights,normalcy, unity and progress.

You promised in 2005-election to meet the LTTE-leadership personally and find an amicable solution.You can do it now with "Federal Solution Proposal"in your hand with a help of UN/INDIA/NORWAY!UN shd design the federal solution with full autonomy!
If you can make friendship with former-LTTEers, then why not with LTTEers now!

Young people from bothsides as well as innocent/helpless civilians/IDPs and parents
of all young people who are losing lives/limbs or suffering due to this inhuman-war, is not acceptable to any true buddhists or true hindus or true christians or true muslims!We hope you will change your mind and putforward a political solution and CF now.It is better late than never! CF is the only way to ensure civilians/IDPs safety!

We understand, that you want to win this war and conquer Tamil land in whatever cost to Tamil lives/properties/sufferings and make a history as a brave/strong/brutal Sinhala leader who is not interested in winning hearts and minds of Tamils ,but only interested in "Sinhala Dominance and Oppression".

If you could send a delegation to Vanni for your election victory in 2005, why can't you send a delegation for the sake of peace,reconcilliation,friendship, unity, prosperity. You failed to win the Tamil people on your side because of the brutality of your forces which contain 100% Sinhalese with no Tamils represented!

You can conduct a referendum urgently about military solution or political solution through all newspapers in SL(Tamil/Sinhala/English) or through UN-web.
King Asoka realised the un-worthyness of war after huge destructions and loss of lives! But we hope that you realise this NOW and show some Buddhist-compassion NOW!

You can show true friendship/care towards Tamils by CF as well appointing Mr.R.Sampanthan/TNA leader as a Temporary Chief Minister to NP who can look after
urgent needs of IDPs/Refugees! TNA is trying to bridge the gap between GOSL/LTTE.
TNA is a democratically elected party and widely accepted by Tamils.

Rather than prolonging this war as a "Guerilla War" even you capture all area,better
talk with LTTE and correct the historical mistakes even now and find a political
solution with diplomacy,humanity,friendship as well as SRILANKAN UNITY/PROGRESS!
