AN OPEN LETTER TO DR.MANMOHAN SINGH,P.M./ INDIA!

DEAR DR.MANMOHAN SINGH!

Thank you for listening to the minority leaders in SL. On behalf of WTRF I wish to putforward the following suggestions!
1.India shd tell the GOSL/President that they shd stop MBG-artillery firing/plane bombings immediately towards Tamil civilians as it made allready more than 300000 IDPs internally living in jungles and camps/streets and Refugees fleeing India and abroad!Everyday Tamil people are leaving the country.This is not acceptable to other countries too to accept refugees because of wrong policies of GOSL/MR Regime.

2.India shd tell GOSL that they shd no longer tell excuse about political solution and cheating the Tamils as well as Intl.community and making a lot of trouble to other countries regarding refugees!
GOSL shd immediately implement INDO-LANKA Pact-1987 AS integrated with BANDA-CHELVA PACT-1956.GOSL shd leave Tamil people rule themselves in the NESL without any manipulations but with full cooperation!

3.If they refuse to do so, then India shd help the Tamils to form their own country in NESL AS KOSOVO type UDI.If India failed to do so, you will see the great influence of CHINA-PAKISTAN-BANGLADESH in SL to destablise INDIA too.Then it will be too late!Tamil people are the TRUE FRIENDS OF INDIA AMONG ALL SOUTH ASIAN NEIGHBOURS!
